General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop operated by Vaulted (sole proprietorship), Barfusstraße 27, 13349 Berlin. Deviating conditions of customers do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Offer and contract formation
The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the checkout form you send a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email or when the goods are dispatched.
3. Product description
Vaulted mystery boxes contain carefully curated items from premium brands. The number and type of products depend on the chosen price tier. Images on the website serve illustration purposes and may differ from the actual contents.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are listed in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Customs duties or similar charges may apply to shipments outside Germany and must be borne by the customer.
5. Delivery and availability
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. If an item is unavailable we will inform you immediately. Payments that have already been made will be refunded. Partial deliveries are permissible if reasonable for the customer.
6. Payment methods
Payments are processed via secure payment providers, primarily Stripe. Their respective terms apply. The purchase price is due immediately upon contract conclusion.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our withdrawal policy. Details can be found in the dedicated withdrawal notice.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects you may initially request subsequent performance. If this fails within a reasonable period you may rescind the contract or reduce the purchase price.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties); liability is then limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for harm to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
10. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
11. Data protection
We process personal data exclusively in accordance with our privacy notice at /legal/en/privacy-notice.
12. Final provisions
German law applies with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision be or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Statutory provisions replace invalid clauses.
