Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Exercising the withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Vaulted, Barfusstraße 27, 13349 Berlin, Germany, email: support@vaultedrops.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the template form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the withdrawal right

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, nor to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
