Refunds & Returns
Mystery boxes are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, notify Vaulted support within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your Stripe receipt.
When stock is unavailable after purchase we issue an immediate refund to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged by the Vaulted team.
